7th Ave [LIVE] concert on stage

SAT 29 June 8pm

7th AVE

incredible vocal group from USA
 [LIVE] concert on stage

Adult $29.50 ; Concession $25 Student; Child $20

From the mind of Chris Rupp, founder of NBC’s The Sing Off Season 4 winner Home Free and the “Chris Rupp Project,” comes a vocal quartet that is forging a new identity in the music world.  Each member has an unique musical and performance background, from Broadway and Reality TV, to cruise ships, Hollywood and more, bringing a wide and diverse flavor to everything 7th Ave does. Combining elements of pop, swing, rockabilly, country and jazz just to name a few, 7th Ave is aiming to reinvent and uproot the standard definitions of all of those genres through our innovative arrangements and fun music videos.

Chris started the USA group 7th Ave in June of 2016.  Since then 7th Ave has released a cd called Debut.  A good part of its style is swing, but there are other styles mixed in also.  They do both originals and covers.  A second cd Collab came out in August this year.  The group has done two tours of Europe in 2017 & 2018 and toured in Australia early 2018.  They have been invited back to play again... in 2019.

Band Intros:

Chris was the founder and musical director of the country vocal band Home Free, Season 4 winner of NBC's The Sing Off, for 15 years, and is now taking his skills and talents to his latest and greatest project, 7th Ave.  Chris was born and raised in Mankato, MN and spent his whole life surrounded by music, as his mother is a professional musician as well.  He graduated with a degree in music from Minnesota State University – Mankato, and spent the next decade teaching piano, guitar, and voice privately while at the same time working to build Home Free into the sensation that it is today.  Collectively his music videos have been viewed more than 250 million times on YouTube. He has collaborated with such artists as Kenny Rogers, The Oak Ridge Boys, Charlie Daniels, Kira Isabella, Taylor Davis, Peter Hollens, Nick Lachey, Jewel, Patrick Stump, and Shawn Stockman. He also has released his own solo album of original music, Shine, 2 a cappella Gospel CDs (Rise and A New Day) a Christmas album, and original piano CD, and a collection of classical piano pieces.

Marie Nicole is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of High Point University where she studied Performance Theatre and Vocal Music.  A proud member of Actor's Equity Association, Marie has performed with many professional regional theatres such as The Growing Stage, Centenary Stage, and Allenberry Playhouse to name a few.  She has also traveled through Europe, Africa, and Asia working as a production singer and headline act for Oceania Cruises, as well as with 7th Ave.

Jeff is a a tenor/vocal percussionist from Orlando, FL. An early member of Home Free, he has since performed with the Alley Cats, and as a featured vocalist with Carnival, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Jeff earned his doctorate from Illinois and owns a consulting practice in the field of training and development. He runs marathons, bartends at Raglan Road (look it up!), and is a personal stylist for J.Hilburn. But he can't do cartwheels. Yet.

Monreau is a guitar playing, singer/songwriter from Southern California. With her rich tone & musicality she initially gained a following posting covers on Vine, then making her presence known on YouTube. In 2017 she captured the attention of Idol Producers & was featured on American Idol XV. Monreau has performed on the Dennis Bono Show airing on NPR, in a variety show at the Veil Pavilion, and a spot (LAFW) at designer Nancy Vuus 2019 Collection Exhibition in Beverly Hills CA to name a few. Monreau recorded her Debut EP "Shadows of a Past" of original songs & released it along with a Music Video for the title track in 2018.
