We at Little Match Productions are insatiably curious to share and hear other’s voices, both literally and figuratively.

Our works traverse comedy-cabaret, opera, classical music and children’s productions, delivering musical experiences that combine arresting and original musical arrangements, vocal acrobatics and compelling storytelling.

Over the past six years, Little Match Productions (formerly Little Black Dress Creatives) has developed a reputation for its unique ability to present classical repertoire and vocal techniques in creative contemporary contexts.

Creating works for Children/Families, the cabaret group Babushka, operatic ensemble Belladiva and cabaret artist Bethan Ellsmore, Little Match Productions has a focus on creating roles, collaborations and opportunities for female artists and arts professionals.

TROLLEYS

Part dance. Part ballet. Part spectacle. Trolleys is a new ballet for supermarket trolleys.
Five shopping trolleys randomly appear.
Two meet and fall in love. One grapples to find a friend. Three others revolt and ignite a dance of anarchy.

Trolleys spin, glide and slide in this highly physical, humorous outdoor performance where high-octane contemporary dance, acrobatics and street dance merge with the extraordinary world of trolleys. Score composed by Nick Wales.

Trolleys was produced by C-12 Dance Theatre and Shaun Parker & Company.

MAMMA MIA! the Musical... presented by Columba Catholic College

MAMMA MIA! the ultimate feel-good musical, featuring S.O.S, Take a Chance On Me, Dancing Queen and so many more hits you know and love makes this global phenomenon a fabulous night out for audiences of all ages.

MAMMA MIA! the Musical
presented by Columba Catholic College

 Friday, Sep 10 10:30AM
 Friday, Sep 10       7:30PM
 Saturday, Sep 11 7:30PM
 Sunday, Sep 12 2:00PM

Tickets: Adult $20; Conc/Stud $15;  Child 3+ $10; Group 10+ $13

Set on a Greek island paradise and inspired by the story-telling magic of ABBAs timeless songs, the heart-warming tale centers around Sophie, a young bride-to-be.

On the eve of her wedding, Sophie's quest to discover the identity of her father brings three men from her mothers past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago.

A celebration of love, laughter, family and friendship, MAMMA MIA! is exactly what the world needs right now... get ready to sing along!

"MAMMA MIA! flies as tuneful as a lark and as smart as a cuckoo. It offers one of those nights when you sit back and let a nutty kind of joy just sweep over you.... The true hero is British playwright Catherine Johnson, who took all these songs and cobbled a cohesive book around them. Genius."
– The New York Post

A  triumph, passionate and sharp.... The beauty of Judy Craymer's original idea and the irresistibility of Johnson's book lie in the mutual enrichment between the characters and the Abba songs. Ulvaeus's eloquent lyricism can slide by unnoticed behind Benny Andersson's infectious musical arrangements, but Johnson simply read the songs' words in order to write their innate emotional dramas seamlessly into the narrative songs and story help each other."
– The Telegraph

"The show is pleasing as it passes and it certainly features a generous swath of songs that caught the world's fancy during the '70s and '80s."
– Theatermania

"The theatrical equivalent of comfort food."
– The New York Times

"A certified hit.... A giddy guilty pleasure."
– Variety

Our only hope to save the world is a bunch of supervillains -- what could go wrong? Check out the new trailer for James Gunn’s #TheSuicideSquad

From writer/director James Gunn comes Warner Bros. Pictures’ superhero action adventure “The Suicide Squad,” featuring a collection of the most degenerate delinquents in the DC lineup. Welcome to hell—a.k.a. Belle Reve, the prison with the highest mortality rate in the US of A. Where the worst Super-Villains are kept and where they will do anything to get out—even join the super-secret, super-shady Task Force X. Today’s do-or-die assignment? Assemble a collection of cons, including Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Captain Boomerang, Ratcatcher 2, Savant, King Shark, Blackguard, Javelin and everyone’s favorite psycho, Harley Quinn. Then arm them heavily and drop them (literally) on the remote, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese. Trekking through a jungle teeming with militant adversaries and guerrilla forces at every turn, the Squad is on a search-and-destroy mission with only Colonel Rick Flag on the ground to make them behave…and Amanda Waller’s government techies in their ears, tracking their every movement. And as always, one wrong move and they’re dead (whether at the hands of their opponents, a teammate, or Waller herself). If anyone’s laying down bets, the smart money is against them—all of them. The film stars Margot Robbie (“Birds of Prey,” “Bombshell”), Idris Elba (“Avengers: Infinity War”), John Cena (upcoming HBO Max series “Peacemaker,” “Bumblebee”), Joel Kinnaman (“Suicide Squad”), Jai Courtney (the “Divergent” franchise), Peter Capaldi (“World War Z,” BBC’s “Doctor Who” ), David Dastmalchian (upcoming “Dune,” “Ant-Man and the Wasp”), Daniela Melchior (“Parque Mayer”), Michael Rooker (the “Guardians of the Galaxy” films), Alice Braga (“Elysium”), Pete Davidson (“The King of Staten Island,” TV’s “Saturday Night Live”), Joaquín Cosio (“Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” TV’s “Narcos: Mexico”), Juan Diego Botto (“The Europeans”), Storm Reid (“The Invisible Man,” “A Wrinkle in Time”, “Euphoria”), Nathan Fillion (“Guardians of the Galaxy,” TV’s “The Rookie”), Steve Agee (“Brightburn,” “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”), Sean Gunn (the “Guardians of the Galaxy” films, the “Avengers” films), Mayling Ng (“Wonder Woman”), Flula Borg (“Ralph Breaks the Internet”), Jennifer Holland (“Brightburn,” upcoming HBO Max series “Peacemaker”) and Tinashe Kajese (TV’s “Valor,” “The Inspectors”), with Sylvester Stallone (the “Rocky,” “Rambo” and “Expendables” franchises), and Viola Davis (“Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom,” “Suicide Squad”). Gunn (the “Guardian of the Galaxy” films) directs from his own screenplay, based on characters from DC. The film is produced by Charles Roven and Peter Safran, with Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Walter Hamada, Chantal Nong Vo, Nikolas Korda and Richard Suckle executive producing. Gunn’s creative team includes director of photography Henry Braham (“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”), production designer Beth Mickle (“Captain Marvel”), editors Fred Raskin (“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2,” “Once Upon a Time… In Hollywood”) and Christian Wagner (the “Fast & Furious” films) and Oscar-nominated costume designer Judianna Makovsky (“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2,” “Avengers: Endgame,” “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”). The music is by John Murphy (“Kick-Ass”).
