TICKETS ARE SOLD SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. No refunds or exchanges except as in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
2. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary advertised programs as necessary.
3. The right of admission is reserved by Management.
4. Latecomers will not be given access to the auditorium until there is a suitable break in the performance.
5. Cameras, tape and video recorders may not be brought into the auditorium unless prior permission has been given in writing to Management.
6. All mobile phones must be switched off before entering the auditorium, unless otherwise advised by public announcement or prior arrangement.
7. If a performance is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other cause reasonably beyond the seller's control, there is no right to refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by the seller for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.
8. Every patron must have a valid ticket.
9. Patrons purchasing tickets at a discount price online (such as student, pensioner, concession) must carry relevant ID on the night. Failure to produce appropriate ID may result in the patron being charged the full price for the ticket.
10. By clicking the "Finalise Order" button you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to credit card and billing address verification.
11. The World Theatre and Charters Towers Regional Council assumes no responsibility for the error, omission, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure.
