In Happily Ever After, the Babushka trio turns our best loved children's stories inside-out through the raucous and raunchy music of Kurt Weill, his fellow trouble-makers, and his modern kindred spirits like Tom Waits, David Bowie and Nina Simone. These dangerous divas entertain in this dark, seductive and wickedly funny cabaret that gives Rapunzel a sharp new haircut, puts Goldilocks in charge of the three bears and gives a whole new meaning to Puss in Boots.
